We strive to deliver quality products. Should our products not match your expectation you can return the product to us and we will either replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms.
In terms of the South African Consumer Protection Act our returns Policy is as follows:
Returns will be accepted on the following conditions.
If the product(s) were damaged in transit.
If the products differ in material respect to the photos and descriptions on our online store.
If the parcel delivered is mixed with other goods not ordered, and you had accepted delivery of the ordered goods, and wish to reject the goods not ordered and or rejects all the delivered goods.
Please email us on email@example.com State the reason for the return and wherever possible include photos of any damaged item(s). One of our representatives will contact you.
Once we have investigated the issue, and have agreed to the return, we will require you to re-box the item safely and securely and we will arrange for our courier to collect the parcel and return it to us.
You may elect to receive a full refund or a replacement product(s).
Goods must be returned within 10 business days of delivery.
